I had an issue with my order, and it was a bit frustrating at first trying to get everything sorted out. To be fair, customer service did get back to me and they eventually fixed the problem, which I really appreciated. I just wish the whole process had been quicker and a little easier from the start. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely not perfect either.

The plants arrived in good shape and I’m happy with them, but the shipping cost felt a bit too high.

I really wanted to like myperfectplants.com, especially because I’m the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about adding new plants to my home. Unfortunately, the whole order just fell short for me.

For what I paid, I expected the experience to feel a lot better. Instead, I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed, like I didn’t really get the value I was hoping for.

Maybe I just had bad luck and other plant people have had a better experience, but based on my order, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The prices seemed fair to me, at least from what I could tell. I kept wondering if I was missing some extra charge or something, but nothing weird came up and I didn’t feel overcharged. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid.

The plants came in healthy and were actually bigger than I thought they’d be for the price, and the shipping wasn’t too bad either so all in all it felt like a fair deal and I’d probably order again if I end up needing more plants.

I ordered from myperfectplants.com because the listed size looked like it would be perfect for the spot I had picked out. But when it finally showed up, it was way smaller than I expected. I know plants aren’t all going to be exactly the same, but come on, this didn’t really match the description that well. The packaging was fine, so no issue there, but for what I paid, I’m annoyed and disappointed with the size.

The plant showed up with really nice looking roots, which made me feel a lot better about ordering it online. I was worried it might arrive dried out or beat up, but the root ball was still moist and wasnt all crumbled apart.
I gave it a quick check before planting and there were plenty of healthy white roots, with no weird smell or mushy spots. It settled in fast after potting, so Im really happy with how it turned out...

I planted them all and it was kind of a mixed result. About half of a plants came up and looked okay, but the other half just never really took off. Not the worst experience, but I was hoping for a better survival rate

The plant came with really clear care steps, which was a relief because some instructions make you feel like you need a botany degree just to keep a plant alive. These were simple enough that even I could follow them without stressing over it.

The plants made it here, but the box was dented when it arrived, which immediately made me wonder what kind of package-handling cover-up was going on behind the scenes. The plants were a bit rough-looking because of it, but not totally ruined. Still, somebody somewhere definitely gave that box a rough ride

I always look for little signs when plants arrive in the mail, like droopy leaves, dry soil, or snapped stems, because that usually tells the whole story fast. These showed up in really nice shape. The leaves looked fresh, the soil was still a bit damp, and I didn’t find any broken branches. I was definitely a little nervous about shipping, but everything looked healthy right out of the box. The plants were okay, but the customer service took way too long to get back to me. They did eventually reply and help, but by that point I was already frustrated and kind of felt stupid for trusting them to handle things quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but they really need to be faster with responses.

I had a problem with my plant order trying to get a replacement or refund was way more of a hassle than I expected. There was so much back and forth, and I kept feeling like no one was really taking ownership of fixing it?? I totally understand that shipping plants can be tricky, but the whole process shouldn’t be this confusing or difficult. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from myperfectplants.com i was impressed with how well everything was packed. The box felt sturdy, and the plant was secured in place instead of bouncing around or getting smashed like I’ve had happen with other orders.

The soil was still mostly in the pot too, which was a BIG plus for me. A couple leaves were a little bent, but nothing major at all. It really seemed like they took the time to pack it carefully, and I appreciated that.

They had a lot more options than I expected, honestly. I found the tree I was looking for quickly, and the site was simple enough to figure out. I was kind of just browsing at first, but then... yeah, ended up finding exactly what I needed.

I was really excited to get these plants, but within just a few days I noticed spots on two of them and tiny bugs crawling around. I tried treating them, but one still looks rough. i’m really disappointed because I was hoping they’d arrive in better shape.
